
William Bader is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of MVP. Prior to founding MVP, Mr. Bader was a member of the Real Estate team at Apollo Global Management. At Apollo, Mr. Bader focused on opportunistic acquisitions across the manufactured housing, hospitality, industrial, and office sectors with total transaction volume of approximately $1 billion. Previously, Mr. Bader was an Acquisitions Analyst at the New York office of Round Hill Capital, a UK-based real estate private equity firm, where he focused primarily on multifamily and student housing investments. Mr. Bader graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics-Economics, where he was a member of the Men’s Varsity Tennis team as well as a 4x ITA All-Academic Team member.

Kerim Saraoglu is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of MVP. Prior to founding MVP, Mr. Saraoglu was a member of the Real Estate team at Sculptor Capital, where he participated in the acquisition and financing of approximately $2 billion of commercial properties and operating businesses across various asset classes, including land entitlement/development, single-family rentals, and cell towers. Previously, Mr. Saraoglu was a Summer Associate at Waterfall Asset Management, a specialty credit manager, where he worked across the Whole Loan Trading and Loan Acquisitions desks. Mr. Saraoglu holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics-Economics from Brown University, where he served as President of the Brown Investment Group and a Junior Analyst at the Brown Endowment.
